Recipe respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Please be aware that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes misrepresentations regarding alleged infringement may be liable to Recipe and to the alleged infringer for damages incurred in connection with the removal, blocking, or replacement of allegedly infringing material.
It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. If we receive a notice that complies with the DMCA, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. If we remove or disable access to material in response to a DMCA notice, we may notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing material and provide them with a copy of the notice and an opportunity to file a counter-notification.
If a counter-notification is received by the designated copyright agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party informing that person that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days.
